You conduct the final interviews and select your perfect match. Upon successful placement, you'll pay our one-time fee.

What if I need to hire more than one candidate?
We offer a 5% discount on the placement fee for each additional candidate you hire.
How long does the headhunting process typically take?
The process typically takes 2-3 weeks. If you need a candidate sooner, we can expedite the process to just one week, however, this can impact the quality of the candidates.
Do I have any upfront costs?
A refundable $499 deposit is required to start the process. This deposit is refunded to you if we are unable to place a candidate, or it will be applied towards the head hunter fee upon the successful placement of your candidate.
What if the candidate doesn’t work out?
We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate doesn’t work out, we will find a new one in a second hiring round at no additional cost to you.
Who is hiring the candidate?
You are hiring or contracting the candidate. We are simply helping you find the right candidate for your role. We do not charge you a monthly fee or any other recurring fees.
Do I need to sponsor candidates or get a work Visa to hire overseas?
No, it's not required. Since candidates are not based in the US, they do not need a visa or sponsorship to work.
How much do you charge for the service?
We charge a placement fee of 30% of the presumed first year salary. This fee is paid by you, the client, and is not deducted from the candidate’s salary.
What's a typical salary?
